This is a view from the front bedroom, showing the canal and the grassy area at the front of the house. This area is wonderful for barbecues, picnics, relaxing with friends, fishing or simply sitting back and watching the world float by.

There is all sorts of wildlife to watch too; from grebe nesting in the reeds opposite, to herons fishing, to coots and moor-hens and ducks....

If you have a boat it can even be moored here, once you've paid the mooring fee.
