The dining area in this picture can be seen to the back at the right, just beyond the stairs. Downstairs, apart from the kitchen, is one big, spacious room. At the back on the left is a desk with a computer that can be fitted with a cable internet connection, depending on the needs of the tenants.

There are 2 enormous cupboards which provide plenty of storage space. The table and chairs are Dutch style oak.
